Rules, Safety Requirements & Participation Agreement

📋 Waiver Requirement

All participants are required to complete and sign a liability waiver prior to participation.

Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign on their behalf.

Failure to complete a waiver will result in denial of participation without refund.

If the electronic waiver cannot be completed in advance, a paper waiver will be provided at check-in.

🛡️ Safety Equipment & Attire

  • Eye Protection (Mandatory):
    Approved protective goggles must be worn at all times within the shooting area. Removal of eye protection during active sessions is strictly prohibited.

  • Footwear:
    Closed-toe shoes are required at all times.

  • Clothing:
    Participants are strongly advised to wear long sleeves and pants. Paint may stain clothing. Participation is at your own risk.

⚠️ Rules of Conduct

By participating, you agree to the following:

  • You will only use equipment provided by The Paintball House.

  • You will not modify, misuse, or tamper with equipment.

  • You will only discharge paintball markers at designated targets.

  • You will not aim or shoot at any person, including staff or other participants.

  • You will maintain proper control of your marker at all times, keeping it pointed downrange.

  • You will comply immediately with all staff instructions and safety briefings.

  • You will refrain from reckless, unsafe, or disruptive behavior, including running, horseplay, or misuse of equipment.

  • You acknowledge that paintball activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to impact injuries, slips, falls, and equipment-related incidents.

🚫 Enforcement & Right to Refuse Service

The Paintball House reserves the right to:

  • Refuse participation to any individual deemed unsafe, impaired, or non-compliant.

  • Remove any participant from the premises without refund for violation of rules or unsafe conduct.

  • Pause or terminate any session if safety concerns arise.

🔄 Equipment Responsibility

Participants agree to:

  • Return all equipment in the condition provided.

  • Accept responsibility for damage caused by misuse or negligence.

  • Follow all post-session instructions given by staff.

🎥 Surveillance & Recording

Participants acknowledge and consent that:

  • Video and audio recording may be in use for safety, security, and operational purposes.

  • Footage may be reviewed in the event of an incident.

⚖️ Assumption of Risk

By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are voluntarily engaging in a high-energy recreational activity involving inherent risks.

  • You assume full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur.

  • The Paintball House, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall be held harmless to the fullest extent permitted by law.

📝 WAIVER — REQUIRED FOR PARTICIPATION

All participants must read, understand, and sign the waiver prior to entering the activity area.
